David Caro, ESBA President, was amongst the a group of fellow SME Envoys from the EU Member States and Brussels based SME organisarions, who met in Luxembourg on the 30th and 31st March. This was their first in person meeting since the start of COVID which was highly welcomed by the attendees. David is inthe third row, 4th person from the left.
